Got kicked out! Covid. Under construction. Blah.
Small portions but food and service extremely good....drinks on the strong side but enjoyed the experience
Finally found the authentic food I've craved!! The chips and salsa are my new addiction. They are HOMEMADE too!!Highly recommended to anyone wanting authentic Mexican food at great prices.
Bizarre combo, Mexican and Thai... Had Calamari and a Thai dish and both were really good. Strange to have a margarita with Thai, but it was tasty. Awesome wait staff!
The service was quick but the food was not good. Guacamole was lacking flavor as well as the rice and beans. The steak fajitas were very tough and the burrito was bland and soggy. This was our first time there and we will not be going back. Our first clue should have been that there was only one other person in the whole restaurant at 7 o'clock.
Great authentic Mexican food! Great service as well! Thanks, we'll be back
It was mine and my sisters first time there we loved it the waitresses were very very sweet
The food is good not so much of the Thai but the lunch tacos are banging!!!!
good nachos but a little overpriced.....
This place gets five stars on there food, very consistent and flavors are great have been back twice in 2 weeks. Staff knowledgeable and care for what there are doing.
MY FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT ON A DAILY BASES
Staff was very helpful and attentive. They were also very accommodating of my very energetic two year old. Oh yeah, food was very good as well.
Was in town for work and it popped up on yelp close to the hotel. You could almost walk right past it if you didn't know where to look. Has a very odd combination of Thai and Mexican foods, so I tried Thai. It was excellent, as a matter of fact it was so good I had to go back the next day and try the Mexican. Absolutely no complaints with it either. Make sure if you get the Mexican you ask for hot sauce. They make their own and it was fantastic.
I have literally never had a meal here I didn't like. They offer Mexican and Thai food which seems strange at first, but they are truly great at both. Wait staff is professional, very friendly, and always attentive. Kind of a underappreciated gem to be honest, there is rarely a wait for a table.
Great food and excellent service. What else could you need?
Always a nice atmosphere and good mexican food.
Great food with lots of variety. Always friendly staff.
Finally. Carne asada done right around here! Can't go wrong on Taco Tuesday: 10 Mexican-style tacos for $13. I tried all three: carne asada, pollo asado, & al pastor. It fed me for three days. Coming from spending the last 20 years eating authentic Mexican food in Tucson, AZ, this gringa know's what she's talking about. Thank God for Cinco 5!
Great food , good price and service but portions were slightly small
Great food. Came here before a concert at the Morris theater. Had the seafood fajitas, excellent. The best chips and salsa also.
Cute little place downtown! I was surprised to see they serve Mexican and Thai. Anyway, I had the chicken fajita quesadilla and it was very tasty but didn't have a lot of chicken in it. The chips were great and so was the quac. I would go back.
The Thai place that was nearby closed so the chef came to work here and now you have it! The service was quick and polite. The host greeted the moment we stepped in. I ordered the pad see ewe and it had really good flavor but the noodle were kind of hard which means it's not the freshest as normally those noodles get hard if it's been sitting a few days. I'll definitely try the pad Thai if we come back.
Best tacos in town. Best Salsa in town. Great food but busy times are not their forte. I usually pay right when I order in hopes to get out on time on my lunch.
Weird looking restaurant but food is great! They always have specials going on too!
Great place to take family for dinner or chill with friends.
best tacos in sb! x_x
Really good food
This food is unusual, unique and delicious. I am really impressed with this restaurant and would eat there often if I lived in the area. I was travelling. Make sure you try the deep fried spinach in lemon butter!!! I know, I didn't think I would like it either, but it is marvelous. It is beyond words! I had the fajita and it is the best I have ever eaten. This is a Fusion Restaurant, so be prepared. Yummy! Great service.
The most delicious food we have eaten in quite a while!
Been coming here for a little over a year! I love this place! The food is great and the staff are all amazing!
Their chips & salsa was amazing! They also had really great fajitas! We will definitely be back!
One word...delicious !
Great food, great service. Great prices
Our server was great! Very friendly and stayed on top of things. Loved their chips.
Had a great time here at lunch on the last day of my YLAI Fellowship with South Bend Heritage Foundation. Although not a large restaurant, it was tasteful. The food was great and the atmosphere was conducive to great conversation. I particularly enjoyed how they catered to my dietary needs and those of my colleagues. There was something for everyone. Definitely a great choice.
Pad tai is hit or miss, but thier mexican food is good.
Pretty dam close to tacos from Mexico use authentic corn tortillas not store bought
The combination of Mexican and Thai options is nice for the variety, and the menu is reasonably priced. Great lunch spot as they have fast service and plenty of options. The Thai dishes aren't bad, and while there's better culinary execution at other local places, they are still good here. The salsas they make in house are excellent, and the pastor tacos are worth trying. Don't go in expecting a fancy dining experience, and you won't be disappointed.
Amazing! Fresh, flavorful, and fabulous!
Excellent service, Excellent food. I can't pronounce what I had but it was delicious!
Came here on a Friday night. Got sincerely happy and attentive service. The environment is modern, cozy and relaxed. The room we were seated in was full but not loud thanks to tall ceilings. The food here is best described as creative, but not deviating far from traditional recipes. The drinks are excellent, too - I got a Manhattan made with tequila and chili powder and my wife got a margarita with paprika and cucumber. Both were fantastic and matched the character of the food better than any cocktails I've had before aside from a straight shot of tequila. The best part was the cost! We indulged for our anniversary and I paid less than $50 after tip! I am rarely this happy with a new find; we'll definitely be coming back.
Loved the tacos! The Mexican food on the menu is the highlight!
Excellent service with fantastic filling vegetarian options.
Wowsa!!!! What a wonderful concept for a restaurant!! The food is amazing whether its the amazing curry, chips and homemade salsa, or huge, delicious burritos!! The staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I highly recommend them to anyone!!
Taco Tuesday: best tacos ever! My family of 5 scarfed them down and fought over the last one!
The food there was different, but it was nothing spectacular. The menu there is quite versatile. They do offer Mexican, Thai food, and other options. They offer a 3 litre margarita.
This place is pretty good but they close a half hour before the listed time
I recently went to Cinco Five. I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal there. I got a mango and shrimp salad which was delicious! This restaurant is so unique because it serves not only Mexican food, but also Thai food! My sister got the pad thai and she thought it was absolutely delicious! The restaurant is situated in a historical building with really beautiful architecture. The service was fast and friendly. They also do dine in if you don't feel like driving there. I would highly recommend this restaurant to all!
This place is not fancy, but it is comfortable and the service was first-rate. Lots of choices of different items, from Mexican to Thai to Italian and American. We all opted for Mexican, and I would strongly recommend the spicy pork option. It's not spicy but is cooked in pineapple juice, which gives it a slightly sweet flavor.
